BBS wins the 12h race of Sebring, USA
Schiltach, March 18th 2008
The Penske Porsche RS Spyder of Dumas, Bernhard and Collard won at the 12 hours race of Sebring on BBS wheels. Second place on the fast airfield circuit was also won by a Porsche RS Spyder on BBS. In two additional racing classes drivers, who trusted in BBS, stood on top of the podium. In GT1 the manufacturers Corvette C6 R won and in the GT2 series the Flying Lizard Porsche GT 3 RSR scored highest.

Number one for the second time in a row

The car magazine "auto motor und sport" published the results of the current "Best Brand" poll in its issue 07/2007 form march 14th. As in the previous year BBS ranked number one with a huge margin over the second place (72% to 32,6%). The editors polled services and accessories around the car for the second time in a readers questionnaire about "The best cars". Over 100.000 readers participated. BBS thanks them for their confidence.

The two-piece AIR Two CK with a center connected to the rim by titanium bolts is the measure of all things, in case of absolutely sporty driving. No other technology permits such a high driving comfort and at the same time a high driving safety. The BBS Air Inside Technology increases the resistance to the deformation of the inner shoulder by up to 60 %.

American LeMans Series

Sports car racing based on the tradition of the famous 24 Hours of LeMans race; multiple classes of cars run in the same race. All races are contested on natural terrain road courses at famous tracks throughout North America like Sebring, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and Road Atlanta. The crown jewel of the season is the opener at the 12 Hours of Sebring, where many of the greats of sports car racing have been crowned in the 54 year history. Depending on the class, cars can reach speeds up to almost 200mph.
